Book Bowl

Book Bowl is a competitive reading program for students in grades 5-8. A committee selects ten books that are age appropriate for each grade division of the contest. Throughout the school year students read these ten books culminating with a competition at Baker College in Flint. Judges and library media specialists develop questions about the books. Questions get more difficult as students progress through the three rounds of the competition: school finals, district play-offs, and district finals.
