Michigan REMC Association Streaming Video Network
MI Streamnet, a collaborative effort with Apple, Inc. and MERIT, is designed to provide leadership in the integration of technologies into instruction and service directly to schools so that all Michigan educators and students have access to enriched and enhanced educational experiences. It directly supports the REMC Association in providing constituents with increased anywhere access to live video events and, eventually to anytime archived instructional video resources and professional development opportunities.

REMC Streaming Video
The REMC Association of Michigan provides a collection of nearly 300 full-length educational video titles that are aligned with the Michigan Curriculum Framework and delivered through unitedstreaming available to home school, private and charter school teachers and students. Enhancing classrooms with rich multimedia that is proven to increase student achievement, Discovery Education Streaming provides teachers and students access to a library of more than 111,000 standards-aligned digital resources that address multiple learning styles, support Common Core State Standards, and inspire students to explore their world.  Discovery Education Streaming enhances curricula and engages today’s students in learning through instructional videos, audio files, images, writing prompts, and encyclopedia articles.
