Public Act 413 of 2004 requires GISD to post information about contracts entered into by GISD during the school fiscal year that either: (1) obligated the ISD for an amount in excess of $100,000; (2) was not competitively bid, and obligated the ISD for an amount in excess of $25,000; or (3) was entered into with an entity in which the ISD board member, administrator or family member of either was known to have a monetary interest in the contract.
