Love and Logic
Offers quality Love and Logic products providing parents and teachers with easy-to-use, practical techniques that help adults achieve respectful and healthy relationships with children. Their products teach the unique Love and Logic approach to raising children that puts teachers and parents in control, teaches children to be responsible and prepares them for the real world. We will help you raise children who are honest, caring, and ethical. Children who are prepared to make positive contributions. Love and Logic Courses are offered locally through the Genesee Intermediate School District.

Nurturing Parenting Program
The Nurturing Parenting Programs® were created by Stephen J. Bavolek, Ph.D. Dr. Bavolek is recognized for his work in promoting nurturing parenting attitudes and skills for the prevention and treatment of child abuse. Programs are offered locally through the Genesee Intermediate School District.

The Main Library, offers an extensive reference department, research collections, local history and genealogy collections and 50,000 volume Children's Library. The Library serves as an important community gathering place which allows the library to host lectures, concerts, author visits, and other community events. The three branch libraries provide library and information services to neighborhoods in West Flint, North Flint and South Flint. The Bookmobile brings library services to day care centers and neighborhood centers. Check out the "Kids Web" site as well.
