Technical Services Support
The Technical Services team provides support for the entire GenNET infrastructure
including:
- Distance learning classroom support
- GenNET maintenance and support
- DYNIX library-booking system support
- Internet connection and protection (firewall and content filtering)
- Email services and support
- Special event videotaping
- Monthly GenNET Technical Support Committee meeting facilitation for
local technical support staff
