Project SEARCH

Project SEARCH is a unique, business-led, one-year school-to-work program that takes place entirely in the workplace, aiming for competitive, integrated employment. The program combines classroom instruction with three unpaid internships at the host business, allowing participants to gain experience in various settings that align with their interests and abilities. For more information about Project SEARCH, please visit the Project SEARCH website.

Within Genesee County, we have the privilege to have two Project SEARCH sites to support students.
