Our Mission
Students in the Regulation, Emotional Support, Engagement, and Transformation (RESET) program will be given the opportunity to learn skills that will enable them to function appropriately within the school, home, and community using a team approach.
Our Program
Genesee Intermediate School District's RESET program is designed to meet the needs of students with emotional impairments. RESET is comprised of three classrooms located throughout Genesee County: elementary, middle school, and high school. RESET serves kindergarten through twelfth grade students from all local school districts and public school academies in Genesee County.
Services
Services are determined based on the individual needs of the student, which emphasize the development of:
- Social, emotional, and intellectual skills
- Personal health habits, self care, and personal safety
- Behavioral management techniques
- Peer interaction
