Services Provided

The Business Services department provides Pupil Accounting Services to the constituent districts within the Genesee Intermediate School District, Clinton County Regional Educational Service Agency, and Shiawassee Regional Education Service District.

Services provided to constituent districts and Public School Academies include:

• Pupil Membership
• Pupil Accounting Support and Training
• Days and Clock Hours Review and Certification
• Center for Educational Performance and Information (CEPI) Applications Support (MSDS and EEM)
• Graduation and Dropout (GAD) Exit Request Processing and Audit
• Section 23a Support and Audit
• Section 25e Support, Audit and Claim Processing
• Teacher Certification Audit
• Supply districts with necessary data, forms, and instructions
• Maintain records of audited student counts from year-to-year

Forms and Documents

GISD's Secure File Service is available to download various pupil accounting forms. It is also used to upload required documents for audits. For access, email chaubenstricker@geneseeisd.org or call (810) 591-4422.

GISD provides transcripts/records for the following Closed Public School Academies: Academy of Flint, Center Academy and Valley Christian Academy. If you attended one of these Closed Public School Academies you can Submit a Student Records Request.

Note: The pupil count dates are the First Wednesday in October and the Second Wednesday in February per Section 6(7) of the State School Aid Act.
