Our Purpose
The Attendance Intervention program is jointly funded by the Genesee Intermediate School District (GISD) and Genesee County's 21 constituent school districts. The Attendance Liaison Officer works with districts to ensure students comply with state law, district policies, and procedures related to student attendance and truancy.

"Working with families and students from our local districts, along with our community partners to promote positive attendance habits in an effort to minimize the effects of chronic absenteeism in Genesee County."
