Help Desk

Overview

The Help Desk (login) is dedicated to providing instructional, informational, and technical support to participating GenNET member districts throughout Genesee County. Requests for support are submitted through your designated district Point of Contact (POC). If you are unsure of your POC's identity, please contact your building principal.

Emergency/Critical Issues

For emergencies, have your Point of Contact call (810) 591-4473 to speak with Help Desk staff. Emergency situations include:

  • Network outage
  • Server down
  • Backup/restore
  • GenNET ITV classroom/facility issue
  • Power outage
  • Fiber outage
  • Critical issue that impacts many users
