The results of the Happiness Advantage | Orange Frog Workshop have been remarkable for the Genesee Intermediate School District (GISD). The principles of happiness and positivity have been embraced by staff at all levels of our organization, and have led to many positive changes in our workplace.

One result is GISD’s desire to spread and share happiness not only within our organization, but in our communities as well. The annual GISD Day of Giving is a way for our team to do just that. Learn more about this exciting service project in this video featuring GISD Superintendent Dr. Lisa Hagel and Shawn Achor, researcher and author of the book The Orange Frog.
